Hx Live (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the App") is a short video social and e-commerce shopping application designed for users in Cambodia and local Chinese communities. We fully recognize the importance of personal information and have formulated this policy in accordance with relevant Cambodian laws and regulations, as well as internationally recognized privacy protection principles.    · Account and Profile: Mobile phone number used for registration, social media account information, username, profile picture, bio, etc.

   · Content Creation: Uploaded videos, images, audio, live stream content, and their metadata.

   · Location Information: Location data collected when you enable the location feature (used for regionalized content recommendations and displaying nearby products).

   · Store Transaction Features:

     · Placing Orders & Receiving Goods: To complete product transactions and delivery, we collect the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact phone number. When placing an order for someone else, please ensure you have obtained their authorization.

     · Payment Information: When transacting through payment platforms like ABA Bank, ACLEDA Bank, Wing, USDT, etc., we collect payment time, amount, payment channel, and other payment information to confirm the transaction status. We do not directly store sensitive payment information such as your bank account passwords or USDT wallet private keys.

     · Order Management: System-generated order numbers, purchased product information, order creation time, etc.

2. Automatically Collected Information

   · Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifier, MAC address, IP address.

   · Usage Data: Browsing history, search queries, interaction behaviors (likes, comments, shares, adding products to cart).

   · Log Information: App crash reports, performance data, access times.

3. Information Obtained from Third Parties

   · Payment Platforms: Transaction status and order information provided by payment service providers such as ABA Bank, ACLEDA Bank, Wing, USDT, etc.

   · Social Media: Public personal information provided by relevant platforms when you use third-party accounts to log in.

2. Logistics and Service Providers: To complete product delivery, we share the recipient's name, address, and contact phone number with partnered logistics service providers.

3. Content Delivery Networks (CDN): To accelerate content transmission, we may use CDN service providers to store and distribute your public content.

4. Legal Requirements: To respond to requests from Cambodian judicial authorities, regulatory bodies, or other legal processes.

 

IV. Data Storage and Transfer

 

1. Storage Location: Your personal information is primarily stored on servers within Cambodia. Some backup data may be stored in cloud facilities in other Southeast Asian regions.

2. Storage Period: We retain your information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. For example, order transaction information is retained for a period after the transaction is completed to meet tax or regulatory requirements.

3. Cross-Border Transfer: If data cross-border transfer occurs due to technical service needs, we will ensure appropriate protective measures are taken.

 

V. Your Rights

 

In accordance with applicable laws, you have the following rights:

 

1. To access, correct, or delete your personal information.

3. To withdraw consent you have previously given (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

4. To deactivate/delete your account (via the "Settings - Account Management" operation within the App).

5. Order Information Management: You can view and manage your order information through "My Orders."

 

VI. Payment and Transaction Security

 

We cooperate with mainstream Cambodian payment platforms (ABA Bank, ACLEDA Bank, Wing, USDT) to ensure:

 

· Sensitive information such as your bank account passwords and USDT wallet private keys are not stored directly by us.

· All payment transactions are conducted through encrypted channels (e.g., SSL technology).

· Regular reviews of the security and compliance status of our payment partners.

 

VII. Protection of Minors

 

We pay special attention to the privacy protection of minors:

 

· Users under the age of 14 are not recommended to use this App independently.

· If we discover that minor's information has been collected without parental/guardian consent, we will promptly delete the relevant data.

· Parents/guardians can request to review or delete their minor child's information via customer service channels.
